1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them:

• "ph149," "we," "us," "our" refers to the ph149 gaming platform, its operators, licensees, and affiliated entities operating under PAGCOR regulatory authority within the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Player," "you," "your," "user" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses ph149 services, including both guest visitors and registered account holders.
• "Account" means the unique personal gaming account created by a player upon successful registration and identity verification with ph149.
• "Services" encompasses all gaming products, features, content, and functionality provided through the ph149 platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, virtual games, and account management tools.
• "Website" refers to ph149.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile applications, or alternative access points through which ph149 services are delivered.
• "Terms," "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions together with any incorporated policies including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and Bonus Terms.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing legal gaming operations in the Philippines under Presidential Decree No. 1869.
• "Real Money Gaming" means wagering actual currency (Philippine Pesos) on games of chance or skill offered through ph149 services, as distinguished from free play or demo modes.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

ph149 operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations mandated by PAGCOR and Philippine financial regulations. Upon registration and periodically thereafter, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification documents
• Current residential address within the Philippines with supporting documentation where required
• Valid mobile phone number registered in the Philippines
• Email address under your exclusive control
• Date of birth and government-issued identification number (e.g., SSS, GSIS, Driver's License, Passport, UMID)
• Clear copies or photographs of government-issued identification documents for age and identity verification purposes

You authorize ph149 to verify the information provided through third-party verification services, government databases, and credit reference agencies as permitted by Philippine law. Accounts failing verification will be suspended until satisfactory documentation is provided. Deliberately providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

2.3 Single Account Rule

You are permitted to maintain only one (1) ph149 account per individual. Creating multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Such violations may result in closure of all accounts, forfeiture of balances, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and exclusion from future ph149 services. This restriction applies regardless of whether different personal details, payment methods, or access devices are used.

3. ACCOUNT SECURITY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 Username and Password Security

All activities conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified ph149 of suspected unauthorized access.

3.2 Account Sharing Prohibition

Your ph149 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not authorize any other person to access or use your account under any circumstances. Account sharing, credential lending, or allowing others to play using your account violates these Terms and may result in permanent account closure. This restriction exists to prevent money laundering, underage gambling, fraud, and regulatory violations.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that all information associated with your ph149 account remains accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly update your account details through the account settings interface whenever changes occur to your contact information, residential address, payment methods, or personal circumstances that may affect your eligibility or tax obligations. Failure to maintain accurate information may delay withdrawals, result in communication failures, or lead to account restrictions.

4. DEPOSITS, WITHDRAWALS, AND FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

All deposits must:

• Originate from payment accounts or instruments held in your own name matching your verified ph149 account identity
• Be funded from legitimate sources not connected to criminal activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing
• Comply with minimum and maximum deposit limits established by ph149 and displayed during the deposit process
• Be denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless alternative currencies are specifically offered

Deposits are typically credited to your ph149 account balance within minutes for electronic payment methods, though bank transfers may require up to 24 hours for processing depending on the financial institution involved. ph149 does not charge deposit fees, though third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction charges which are your responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawal Procedures and Requirements

You may request withdrawal of funds from your ph149 account balance subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified with all required KYC documentation approved
• Requested withdrawal amounts must meet minimum thresholds (typically PHP 500 or as otherwise specified)
• Withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in your own name and previously used for deposits, subject to AML requirements

Bank transfers may require up to 24-48 hours depending on receiving bank processing times. Weekend and holiday withdrawals will process on the next business day. ph149 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per month; subsequent withdrawals may incur a nominal processing fee as displayed during the withdrawal request process.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

ph149 maintains strict AML policies in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and PAGCOR directives. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction or account activity that appears unusual, inconsistent with normal gaming patterns, or potentially indicative of money laundering or terrorist financing. You acknowledge that:

• Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal to prevent use of ph149 as a payment transfer service
• Large or frequent deposits and withdrawals with minimal gaming activity may trigger additional verification requirements
• ph149 may report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law
• Accounts used for money laundering or structuring transactions will be immediately closed and balances forfeited, with relevant authorities notified

5. GAMING RULES AND FAIR PLAY

All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, maximum bet restrictions, and cash-out caps. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use ph149 services for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from ph149 software or gaming platforms
• Remove, obscure, or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices appearing on ph149
• Use ph149 trademarks, logos, or branding in any commercial context or in ways suggesting endorsement or affiliation

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES AND CONDUCT

In addition to specific gaming conduct restrictions outlined elsewhere in these Terms, the following activities are strictly prohibited when using ph149 services:

• Uploading, transmitting, or sharing any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of privacy, hateful, or racially or ethnically objectionable
• Impersonating any person or entity or falsely representing affiliation with ph149 or any other organization
• Transmitting any material containing viruses, malware, or other harmful code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit functionality of computer systems
• Interfering with or disrupting ph149 services, servers, or networks, or violating any security features of the platform
• Harvesting or collecting information about other players without their consent
• Using ph149 services for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party without authorization
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other player accounts, ph149 administrative systems, or backend infrastructure

9. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

9.1 Suspension by ph149

ph149 reserves the right to suspend or restrict account access temporarily or permanently if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, displayed problem gambling behaviors, or if required by regulatory authorities or law enforcement. During suspension, you will not be able to place wagers or request withdrawals, though existing account balances will be protected subject to investigation outcomes.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ph149 customer support. Upon closure request, any pending bonuses will be forfeited, active wagers will be settled according to their outcomes, and remaining account balances will be returned to your registered payment method following standard withdrawal procedures. Please note that self-exclusion for responsible gaming purposes follows separate procedures as outlined in our Responsible Gaming Policy.

9.3 Effects of Termination

Upon account termination for cause (violation of Terms), ph149 reserves the right to forfeit account balances, void pending wagers, and exclude you from future use of ph149 services. You remain liable for any outstanding charges, negative balances, or damages resulting from your Terms violations.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

10.1 Services Provided "As Is"

ph149 services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ph149 does not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph149 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury arising from your use of or inability to use ph149 services, even if ph149 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or ph149 services shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ph149, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of ph149 services, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or ph149 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or ph149 services, you agree to first attempt resolution through ph149's internal complaints procedure by contacting customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days through customer support channels, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process. Only after exhausting these internal and regulatory dispute resolution mechanisms may you pursue formal legal action.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against ph149.

12. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

ph149 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in applicable laws, regulatory requirements, business practices, or service offerings. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification and prominent website notice at least seven (7) days before the effective date of changes. Continued use of ph149 services following the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must discontinue use of ph149 services and may request account closure.

The current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available on the ph149 website footer and in the account settings area. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
